The calculated energy <br />usage reduction values are higher than the guaranteed amount due to the application of safety factor. <br />erification of Slyings — The savings for this ECM were reviewed following the ECM Construction and <br />Performance Verification plan as defined in Exhibit G-1 of the Amendment. The savings have been achieved <br />based on completion of the ERV installation. Upon delivered functional capability as documented during the <br />commissioning and closeout process, the savings associated with the ERV system were deemed achieved. <br />The new ERV was commissioned during project closeout to confirm that it is functioning as intended.
