Lighting Improvements The Energy Savings resulting from the lighting upgrades are the direct result of replacing old, inefficient equipment with newer equipment that consumes less energy to operate and generate an equivalent amount of light. A summary of the lighting improvements is included below, and a full line by line lighting scope can be found in Exhibit G-1 of the Amendment. Interior Lighting Scope - Government Center and Work Release Center • Existing interior 32W linear 4' fluorescent lamps and ballasts were replaced with new 15W LED T8 lamps with internal drivers. • Existing interior 28W linear 4' fluorescent lamps and ballasts were replaced with new 15W LED T8 lamps with internal drivers. • Existing interior 17W linear 2' fluorescent lamps and ballasts were replaced with new 12W LED T8 lamps with internal drivers. • Existing compact fluorescent lamps were replaced with LED. • Existing metal halide lamps were replaced with LED. • Occupancy sensors were installed in noted locations where occupancy sensors did not exist.
