This means that the guaranteed Energy Savings of $45,118 was exceeded by $1,697 <br />during the first reporting period. Along with the Operating Cost Savings of $203,431, the year 1 savings <br />total is $250,246. <br />The following utility rates were used to determine the guaranteed and actual dollar savings associated <br />with the electricity and natural gas savings for the year 1 period.
