Mr. Downes seconded. The motion <br />carried on a vote of three to one. Mr. Davis <br />opposed. <br />(2) Resolution No. 3065 related to acquisition <br />of property at 1526 Prairie Ave. <br />Mr. Relos noted that 1526 Prairie Ave. was <br />added to the Airport Economic Development <br />Area's Acquisition List by Resolution <br />No. 2668 on May 21, 2010. The property is <br />a vacant lot and is next to other Commission <br />owned properties. The property is now on <br />the September 2012 County tax sale list and <br />staff wishes to acquire it through the tax sale. <br />Resolution No. 3065 sets the acquisition <br />value of the property at $2,525, the average <br />of two independent appraisals.
