The design team provided additional construction administration services from March 2018 — November 2018. The additional time spent on the project was a result of time extensions due to change orders, additional construction observation during start-up and commissioning, re -inspections of punch list items and redrafting Record Drawings for additions and changes to the project layout that resulted in cost benefits to the construction costs. Please refer to Professional Service Agreement and Amendment No. 3 for a description of the work and fees. Summary of Construction Administration Costs Original Agreement $790,130 Amendment No. 1 $ 37,620 Amendment No. 2 $ 50,740 Amendment No. 3 (current) 36 10 Overall Limit of Compensation $914,590 (FINAL) The funding source for the project is Utilities, Sewage Works Operations, Contractual Services - Other Account (641-0630-793-63-35).
