- Coordination of meeting preparation calls between CONSULTANT team members, CLIENT <br />legal team, and/or CLIENT staff <br />Preparation of presentation slides for use in meeting <br />Participation in meeting in person <br />Preparation and distribution of written meeting notes. <br />Project Management: CONSULTANT will manage and monitor the delivery of services under this Task <br />Order and communicate progress with the CLIENT on a regular basis. CONSULTANT will track project <br />progress using earned value management tools and provide summaries of progress and expenditures by <br />task to the CLIENT with each invoice. <br />3. The Project Schedule is as follows: <br />Services under this Task Order 7 will begin upon receipt of authorization to proceed from the CLIENT <br />and will continue as needed to prepare for and respond to the Regulatory meetings and discussions <br />through December 31, 2019. <br />4. The Compensation to be paid to CONSULTANT for the performance of the Services under this <br />Task Order is set forth in Appendix I (Compensation), attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />[Signature Page follows] <br />
