E-Mail Address: b(cS(doutllE-Mail Address: ekowalczyk@jprlsource.com S <br />v <br />This is EXHIBIT A, consisting of 8 pages, referred to in <br />and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer <br />for Professional Services dated , <br />Engineer's Services <br />Article 1 of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the parties. <br />Engineer shall provide Basic and Additional Services, as set forth below. <br />PART 1— BASIC SERVICES <br />A1.01 Project Review: <br />A. The project area is located within Morris Theatre on three (3) balconies. <br />B. JPR will provide the following information as it pertains to the review: <br />1) Establish and agree upon the project limits with Owner. <br />2) Determine the railing locations and design with the Owner. <br />A 1.02 Construction drawingsApecs for installation of new railing at balcony <br />A. Design post and railings at seat risers at Second, Third, and Fourth area balconies per discussion at <br />site on August 1, 2019 1:15 PM <br />JPR will provide Construction Documents/Specs for bidding and construction of railings at <br />Second. Third, and Fourth Balconies. Drawings will be stamped and submitted to State and local <br />for review for approval. This will include Base Bid and 2 Alternates. JPR will provide a general <br />cost estimate. We will use construction plans dated July 16, 2001 as base drawings. This contract <br />does not include detailed field verification. <br />A 1.03 Bidding and Negotiation <br />A. Upon receiving the City's approval of the Construction Documents and Specifications, the JPR <br />team shall provide the following Bidding and Negotiation services: <br />1) Prepare a Notice to Bidders. <br />2) Address bidder questions and Request for Information. <br />3) Provide design addendums as necessary. <br />4) The Engineer will attend one (1) prebid and one (1) bid opening meeting. <br />5) Review bids and make recommendations to the Client regarding awarding the project. <br />A 1.04 Construction Administration: <br />A. Periodic reviews of site construction will be completed to ensure the Contractor(s) is providing the <br />level of quality that is required for the project. It is anticipated that it will take two (2) months for <br />the project to be completed.
