Travelers Casualty and Surety <br />Company of America has an A.M. Best Rate of A++ XV and listed on the U.S. Treasury <br />Department's list of Approved Sureties. <br />We have had the privilege of providing bonds to Bowen Engineering Corporation for over 40 <br />years. In that time we have provided and continue to provide, bonding capacity in excess of <br />$450 million. Assuming our client's financial position remains the same, we would anticipate no <br />difficulty in providing the customary performance and payment bonds if so required by your firm. <br />Naturally, we would expect that the execution of any final bonds would be subject to a review of <br />the final contract terms, conditions, and financing by our client and ourselves. <br />As Bowen Engineering Corporation's bonding agent, we make in-depth reviews of their financial <br />and project status on a regular basis. We find this firm to be in excellent financial health and all <br />of their current projects are being completed on time.
