That the <br />United States of America and the Housing and Home Finance Adminis- <br />trator be and <br />they hereby are, assured of full compliance by the City of South Bend <br />Department of <br />Redevelopment with regulations of the Housing and Home Finance Agency <br />effectuating Title <br />VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. <br />2. That an <br />application on behalf of the City of South Bend Department of Redevelop <br />ment for a loan <br />under Section 102(a) of said Title I in the -amount of $2, 731, 838 and for.,_, <br />a project capital <br />grant and a relocation grant to the full amount available for under - <br />taking and financing <br />the Project is hereby approved, and that the Executive Director, <br />is hereby aut <br />orized and directed to execute and to file such application with the Hous - .. <br />ing and Home <br />Finance Agency, to provide such additional - information and to furnish <br />such documents <br />as may be- required in behalf of said Agency, and to act as the author-. <br />ized correspondent <br />of the City of South Bend Department of Redevelopment. , <br />t, <br />Exhibit A, Page 2 <br />R 231 <br />
