Steven currently is a project manager, <br />with a primary focus in Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, <br />Underground Storage Tank Closures, SWP3, and Demolition Projects. <br />Steven is an Indiana Licensed Professional Engineer, who has <br />completed numerous site investigations, characterizations and remedial <br />projects. <br />Key Project Experience: <br />• City of Valparaiso Parks Department — Valparaiso, IN. <br />Project manager for the design, procurement and closure, by <br />removal, of two USTs located at the Valparaiso Parks Department <br />garage. Closure included a sub -surface investigation to <br />characterize soils and groundwater onsite along with reporting to <br />the IDEM UST and LUST Section. <br />• City of Valparaiso Public Works —Valparaiso, IN. <br />Project manager for the statistical characterization and proposed <br />reuse of 30+ years of street sweepings stockpiled at the City of <br />Valparaiso Public Works Facility. Project included material <br />characterization, site sampling and reporting. Legitimate Reuse <br />Plan was ultimately approved and the site is under construction. <br />• Queen Anne Candy Demolition — Hammond, IN. <br />Project manager of a turn -key demolition project, which required <br />Amereco to provide development, design, procurement and project <br />management services. <br />• Ivy Tech Community College — East Chicago, IN. <br />Project manager for the design and closure of a 15,000 gallon <br />fiberglass heating oil UST. The project included overseeing <br />excavation by a private contractor, conducting confirmatory <br />sampling and reporting to the IDEM UST and LUST Sections. <br />• City of East Chicago — East Chicago, IN. <br />Project Manager conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site <br />Assessments for the City. Project included 26 parcels with a <br />delivery of 6 months.
