Jeff currently is a senior <br />environmental manager, with a primary focus in asbestos, lead and <br />mold. Jeff is an Indiana Licensed Asbestos Inspector and Lead Risk <br />Assessor, who has completed numerous asbestos inspections and lead <br />based paint risk assessments in various settings. Jeff also assists in <br />performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments when needed. <br />Key Project Experience: <br />• Ivy Tower Abatement — South Bend, IN <br />Provided consulting services, including OSHA sampling, wipe <br />sample, lead inspection services and overall compliance <br />assistance for the abatement of all lead paint located within the <br />800,000 ftz building. The lead removal project was one of the <br />largest ever in the State of Indiana. <br />• City of Fort Wayne — Fort Wayne, IN <br />Project manager and primary inspector who completed nearly 250 <br />lead risk assessments / inspections associated with the HUD Lead <br />Hazard Reduction Grant. Additionally, assisted in the preparation <br />of Scopes of Work for lead hazard reduction and conducted over <br />15 Healthy Home Ratings. <br />• Private Client — Chicago, IL. <br />Provided consultation, review of previous lead risk assessments <br />and re -assessment of multi -story and multi -family residential <br />apartment buildings. Also, assisted with identifying and <br />remediating lead -based paint hazards within the buildings and <br />performing lead clearance assessments upon completion. <br />• Studebaker Area A — South Bend, IN <br />Senior environmental manger on -site throughout the duration of the <br />project which included performing air monitoring during the <br />abatement and demolition of an approximately 1.3 million square <br />foot assembly plant. Provided on -site consulting services for the <br />removal of asbestos containing materials. <br />• Indianapolis Lead Risk Assessments — Indianapolis, IN. <br />Senior project manager responsible for overseeing and conducting, <br />lead risk assessments and paint inspections for the City in <br />conjunction with their HUD lead hazard reduction grant.
