Support and Maintenance provided under terms <br />and conditions of Support and Maintenance Agreement signed by Customer October 12, 2009. <br />Required Items Not Included with Relay <br />• Phone lines & network service required to support the installation <br />• Required application database interface (please contact Systems and Software to purchase, if <br />applicable) <br />• Application database interface components must be installed and tested prior to development <br />Relay does not include merchant account provider or payment gateway costs or associated fees <br />Notes <br />• Relay platform will be implemented for City of South Bend as an on -premise solution.. <br />• Required Components to be Provided by the City: <br />• Host Server Virtualization Environment: VMWare ESXi 5.1 (or newer) <br />r Server Image Specifications: <br />o Windows 2012, R2 (License to be provided by the City) <br />0 250 GB Hard Drive <br />o Quad -Core Intel Processor, 16 GB RAM <br />City of South Bend will be responsible for installing the virtual server in the <br />agreed upon supported environment. <br />Channel Integrations <br />Application Database Integration: S&S EnQuesta <br />o A Standard Application Database is defined as an Application Database that exposes the <br />needed data and transaction business rules via an Application Programming Interface <br />(API). All functionality listed in the Application Packs is contingent on the accessibility of <br />the data and business logic from the Application Database via an API. <br />• Payments/Payment Processor: USA ePay <br />• PBX/ACD/Data Integration: Cisco/VolP <br />o Standard SIP, analog or digital integration. Requires media gateway for non -SIP <br />implementations. <br />
