All functionality listed in the Application Packs is contingent on the accessibility of <br />the data and business logic from the Application Database via an API. <br />• Payments/Payment Processor: USA ePay <br />• PBX/ACD/Data Integration: Cisco/VolP <br />o Standard SIP, analog or digital integration.
