PROJECT NO. IND. R -56 <br />THE DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA <br />DEDICATION OF STREETS <br />The City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, hereby <br />grants and dedicates streets upon real estate located in the City of <br />South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, hereinafter described, for the <br />use of the public and for street purposes, which streets are more part- <br />icularly described in Exhibits A and B and attached hereto and made a <br />part h reof and designated as Disposition Parcel No. 3 and Disposition <br />Parcel No. 4 in the Disposition Plan for the Industrial Expansion Pro- <br />jest, Ind. R -56. <br />This Dedication of Streets is given subject to Redevelopment <br />Plan for the Industrial Expansion Area, Indiana R -56, which is incorpo- <br />rated herein by reference, and which is recorded in the Office of the <br />Record r of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Book 248, pages 416 thru 441 <br />inclusive, <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said City of South Bend, Department of <br />Redevelopment, has caused this Dedication of Streets to be executed in <br />its name by Dean J. Wilhelm, its President, and its official seal to <br />be he eunto affixed, and attested by Fred J, Helmen, its Asst.
