RESOLUTION NO. 308 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEDICATION OF CERTAIN STREETS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE URBAN RENEWAL PLAN FOR THE INDUS- TRIAL EXPANSION PROJECT, IND. R -56 WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment (herein called the "Local Public Agency ") has entered into a Contract for Loan and Grant dated the 7th day of July, 1968 with the United States of America for the carrying out of an urban renewal project herein known as the Industrial Expansion Project, Ind. R -56; and WHEREA the Urban Renewal Plan which has been approved for said pro- ject c lls for the dedication of certain land area for the purpose of street right -of -way: NOW, THEREFORE, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the Local Public Agency hereby authorizes and directs that the proper petition be filed and all other necessary action be taken to effect the dedication of said right -of -way and hereby authorizes and directs its President and Secretary to sign and execute any and all necess ry documents, Adopter missiol County - 46601.
