Current conditions and character: <br /> Along Lincolnway East is a mix of houses and businesses. Some of the structures are in poor <br /> condition. <br /> 3. Most desirable use: <br /> The most desirable use is one that is compatible with the mix of uses located in the area. <br /> 4. Conservation of property values: <br /> The rehabilitation of this property may have a positive effect on neighboring property values. <br /> 5.
