<br />from Portage Avenue t o the west line o f Morris Park Addition by grading the roadway
<br />from property line to property line to the established. grade, sAd the construction of
<br />cement` curb and cement sidewalk on bath sides of said Kinyon Street, in accordance wiL
<br />with the profile, details, drawings and specifications en fi,le..in the Office' of the
<br />Department of the ,Board of Public Works f ssi.d City;

<br />by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana.
