W lliams suggested two firms be selected to <br />obtain ft.na.l pension plans, in lieu. of one firm <br />suggested, and this met with unanimous approval by <br />all Coi mission ers: <br />Mr.tHe men and Rev. Williams stated, in their <br />expert nce working with insurance companies, the <br />contra utions remain identical; however., the <br />actual benefits the employee receives are not <br />identi al, but vary greatly.` Mr. Helmen stated <br />his on y concern is to get the best plan available <br />for th least amount of contribution. <br />A prop sal was made to select a Committee of two <br />Commis ioners to work with the staff and obtain <br />two fi al pension plans.
