Williams, seconded <br />by Mr. Wilhelm, and unanimously approved. <br />f. Change Order No. 2 to Woodruff & Sons Inc. <br />Contract No. Approval was requested or a change <br />order to cover the cost of demolition for Parcel Nos. <br />22 -12 and 45 -4, in the LaSalle Park Urban Renewal <br />Projec , R -57. One property was originally considered <br />for re abilitation and proposed for use as a site <br />office the other was omitted from the original con- <br />tract. The cost for demolition is $500 each, which <br />compa s to the unit price in the contract for homes <br />demoli hed of smaller size. On motion by Mr. Helmen, <br />second d by Mr. Chenney, Change Order No. 2 was ap- <br />proved and unanimously carried. <br />OPTION AGREEMENT <br />APPROVED, PARCEL NO. <br />12 -7, LASALLE PARK <br />URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT, <br />R -57 <br />CHANGE ORDER NO. 29 <br />CONTRACT NO. 5, <br />LASALLE PARK URBAN <br />RENEWAL PROJECT, R -57 <br />g. <br />Contractor Change: The property owner had <br />CONTRACTOR CHANGE, <br />selected <br />Batteast Construction Company, as their <br />PARCEL N4. 29 -i, <br />contractor <br />for rehabilitation work, involving Parcel <br />LASALLE PARK URBAN <br />No. 29-1. <br />The property owner is now requesting a <br />RENEWAL PROJECT, <br />contra <br />for change and wants to select Builders United <br />R -57 <br />Enterp <br />ise. Batteast Construction Company is agree- <br />able to <br />the change. Mr. Hammerschmidt apprised the <br />Contra <br />t will have Batteast Construction Company re- <br />main a <br />the builder and Builders United Enterprise <br />will <br />the subcontractor, reporting to Batteast <br />Constr <br />ction Company, and Mr. Robert Batteast will <br />be res <br />onsible for the completed work.
