Remonstrators appeared <br />and a remonstrance was filed. After due consideration the Board rescinded all <br />former resolutions pretaining to the same. Motion made,seconded and carried and <br />unanimously adopted by the Board. <br />✓ Bids were received and opened for arade,Curb and Walk on O'Brien Street from <br />,Washington Avenue to Orange Street, Under Improvement Resolution No.106. The <br />same were referred to the Engineer for tabulation,to be reported to the Board 4 <br />on February the 14th. 1912 at 10:00 A.M. <br />v1 A protest received by the Board signed by South Michigan Street Citizens,pro- <br />testing against the payment of the Two Thousand ($2000.00)Dollars retained by <br />said Board to the Contractor,until the work has been put in good order. The same <br />was placed on file. <br />The Central Union Telephone Company asked permi scion to 'qet one pol-e in the alley <br />south of Sample Street,between Catalpa Avenue and Chapin Street. The same was <br />granted. <br />✓ Hearing was granted on Condemnation Resolution No.12. for appropriating; <br />and opening an extension of High Street from Dubail Avenue to Dayton Street. <br />This hearing was deferred until -Fridaythe 23rd.of February 1912 at 10:00 A.M. <br />44otion made,seconded and carried- and unanimously adopted by the Board. <br />Hearing was granted on Condemnation Resolution No.13. for the opening and appro- <br />priating of a highway from the St. Joseph River to Broadway Street,the same was <br />deferred until February the 23rd.1912 at 10:00 A.M.
