All members present. <br />✓ Declaratory hearing on Carroll Court pavement,Improvement Resolution Number 116 from Tutt <br />Street to Sample Street. In the above matter,no remonstrators appeared and no remon- <br />strances were filed,; the, Board therefore find in each and every case of said Improvement <br />that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated <br />cost of said improvements, and the sftme are hereby in all 'tauings ratified,, confirmed and <br />a ,proved. <br />Resolved, that notices be published on the 14th. day of February and on the 21st. day of <br />February 1912 in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will receive bids for <br />the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on the 5th. d ..y of March 1912. The <br />Board reserves, the right to reject any or all bids. motion made, seconded and carried <br />that the foregoing resolution be unani-m^usly adopted by the Board. <br />Declaratory herring on on the First Alley East of Emeri ek Street from La Salle to Colfax <br />Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.117 .
