Mr. Gilot noted in regards to <br />Bloomington Ford's request, the bid bond requirement is a regulation of Indiana law. He stated <br />the bid review team would need to review all of the documents and their responsiveness to the <br />bid. Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the above bids <br />were referred to Central Services for review and recommendation. <br />OPENING OF QUOTATIONS — HYDRANT FLOW TESTING — PROJECT NO 119-041R <br />(WATER WORKS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES) <br />Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed quotations for <br />the above referenced project. The following quotations were opened and read: <br />M.E.
