Remove all construction related debris from site. <br />2. Stripe parking lot. <br />3. Install handicapped signs — to be completed by owner. <br />4. Extra green chain link fencing and posts removed for cart ramp to be given to owner,. <br />5. Replace square of missing sod on at the bottom of the cart ramp on the east side. <br />EXTERIOR: <br />1. Remove all construction related debris from walls, roofs, windows and doors. <br />2. Remove bucket from roof. <br />3. Downspout connection to catch basin on south elevation adjacent to snack bar to be trimmed and <br />capped. <br />4. 2x4 projecting from south deck on west side near snack bar to be removed <br />5. Blue tape on vinyl siding adjacent to new gas meter on east side at basement to be removed <br />6. Sanitary clean -out at northeast corner of building adjacent to porch to be reduced in height to be level <br />with grade and capped with a plug fitting as appropriate. <br />7. Remove or tighten up loose and cut wiring on north elevation at either side of the porch, (1) at east <br />inside corner of porch, and (1) at northeast corner at west end of porch. <br />8. At east end of porch where vent penetrations extend through wall, paint exposed plywood with white <br />paint. <br />9.
