REGULAR MEETING MAY 28, 2019 161 <br />Therefore, Ms. Dorau made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be <br />approved as submitted. Ms. O'Sullivan seconded the motion, which carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Mr. Murray Miller, Local Union No. 645, asked what kind of service the Venues, Parks, and Arts <br />is supplying to Notre Dame University for the Senior Open Championship exchange of benefits. <br />Attorney McDaniels stated they are supplying equipment such as a high-rise and chairs and <br />providing advertising of the golf event on the VPA webpage. She noted the City receives the <br />bulk of the benefits from this exchange. Mr. Miller questioned who the tickets they are receiving <br />will be going to. Ms. McDaniels stated they are not for staff but she could not remember where <br />exactly they would be distributed.
