Kendall Street in,the City of South Bend, Indiana from the North line of Robertson Street to the Alley North which proposed opening and extension is nore specifically described.a ' s follows.to wit;- Beginning at a point on the South line of the All�ry South of Orchard Street 179.75 ft--�d West of the West line of Sc6tt Street thence Sotith parallel with the West.. line, of laid - Scott Street 146 ft. to the North line of Robertson St.,thence west 25.68 ft. thence '\Torth. parallel with the said West line off' Scott St. 146 ft. to the south line of 'Eaft and West Alley South of Orchard 'A4.,,thence East 25.6£ ft. to thee-plaee of beginning.
