If • IMPROV&WIENT RESOLUTION No.56. V Resolved,by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,Indiana. That it is- desired and deemed nece-sary,to make the following described public improvements in the said. City as authorized by the following numbered Improverne�'At Resolution,adopted by said boarcl on the 19th. day of January 1911. Resolved, that an improvement be made of the kind, size location of terminal point € 9 follows; By grading and constructing cement sidewalks on both sides of Sancoane Avenue from Michigan Avenue to Van Buren street and curbing? ,the roadway with cement curb. Said improvement shall be known and rTesignated as the St NCOME AVENUE GRADE, CURB AND WALK IMPROVF -ENT NO.56. Detail dr€wings,plans,profiles and specifications are on file and may be seen at the office of said. Board and all work in -tie making -of -said public improvement must be done in accordance therewith. Said Board has fixed. the 10th. slay of February 1911 as a date upon which" remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said public improvements and on said day at 7;15 P.M. said Board will at its said. office hear and consider any remonstrator and person interested or whose property is affected by raid public improvene-it and whether the benefits that will accrue to the property abutting and ad ja,eent to tfle proposed improvement and to said Ci ty, will be equal to or exceed ttie estimated cast of the proposed improvements,as estimated by the City Civil En�dneer. A Bend or Bonds to be issued to the contractor in payment of such work where tfi.e property owner signeg waiver required as according to law . Which ga.id bonds shall bear interest at the rate or six per cent per Annum payable as prdvided by law. Adopted January 19t1h. 1911 Board of Public Works. Resolved.,that an improvement be made of tiie ki.nd,size.location, acid terminal paints as follows ; By grading Calvert Street from property line to property line -and constructing cement -sidewalks on both sides and curbing the roadway on both Aides of street Pram Main St. to K-em.ble Avenue. Said improvement shall be known and designated as CALVERT STREET :TRADE, CURB AND WALK Ii4PROVE14ENT ',10.57. Detail drawings,plans ,profiles and specifications are on file and may be seen at the office of said Board and all work in the making of said public improvements must be clone in accordance therewith.
