3.1 CO.qDPX-",TATION RESOLUTION N0-7- Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend.Indiana'. That it in deemed and de -sired necessary to open and extend Union Street from Ford St. to the North end of State St.as platted in George W. Swygart'saddition in the City of South Bend St.. Joseph County' Indiana. ,,by the condemnation and appropriaation of suffie -ieiit lots and lands for such openings.specifically described as followx.)to wit; - Beginning at a point on the North line of section 14 T. 37 N.R. 2 E. Six hundred eighty five and twelve hundreths (695.12) feet East of the Northwest corner of s&id.seetion 14; thence Soutli Two thousand two hundred eleven and three tenths(2211-3)feet,thence along a, curvy to the right with a radius of Four hundred and fifty(450.0)feet a distance of Two :-,,,,j.n hundred twenty seven and seven tenths(227-70fca eet.thene along cure to the left with I a raAe1jus of Four hundr6d and fifty (450..0)feetla distanee of Two hundred twenty seven and, seven tenths(227,7)feet to the South line of the Northwest quarter(l/a)of section. 14 T. 37 N.R. The above discription-is the center line of the proposed extention of Union St from Sample St. to, te North end ' of State St, the said Union St.. to ,le Sixty (60)feet wide,thirty feet on each side of the center line.
