Reset the light how 30 feet <br />east of the corner of Madison Street and Walsh Street west to this corner, Also Vfte <br />place a 400 Vatt light at the corner of Walsh Street, and Cedar Street theses there <br />will be ah are light about a black eash way from the corner of Arthur Street and <br />Cedar Street and a light at this corner is not necessary. <br />Thos.
