usinc available local funds, and that the Executive Director is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and file such application with the <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development, and, in behalf of the City <br />of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment to provide such additional <br />information and furnish such documents as may be required and to act as <br />the authorized correspondent. <br />2, at the said conditions under which the City of South Bend, <br />Depa tment of Redevelopment will make relocation payments is hereby in <br />all spects ratified and confirmed. <br />3, Zt the said fixed relocation payment schedule is hereby in all <br />resps ratified and confirmed. <br />4.
