F. Contractor shall include the design, fabrication and installation of architectural precast <br />embeds to be integrally built into the architectural precast panels. This shall be inclusive of <br />(but not limited to) any embeds necessary for balconies to be attached to the precast panels. <br />NOTE THAT THE LEVEL 1 EMBEDS WILL CONSIST OF POST -INSTALLED <br />CONNECTION PLATES AND ANCHORS. ALL OTHER LEVELS TO BE CONVNETIONAL <br />EMBEDS TO BE EMBEDDED IN CONCRETE STRUCTURE AS THE CONCRETE IS <br />PLACED. <br />G. Contractor shall include the design, fabrication and delivery of architectural precast embeds <br />to be integrally built into the concrete superstructure. <br />H. Contractor shall coordinate with Wilhelm all information relating to any embeds related to this <br />Scope of Work. <br />I. During the installation of steel embeds the Contractor is to provide coordination, and layout <br />drawings to Wilhelm to ensure the embeds are set in the correct locations. <br />J. Contractor shall coordinate with Wilhelm all required block -outs in architectural precast <br />panels to accommodate fagade penetrations (e.g. exhaust vents, louvers, anchor points for <br />balconies, etc.). <br />K. Contractor shall provide all testing as set forth in the Architectural Precast Design and <br />Performance Criteria. <br />L. Beginning three (3) weeks prior to fabrication of the first architectural precast panels, <br />Contractor shall submit to Wilhelm on a weekly basis, a three (3) week look ahead schedule <br />detailing its planned fabrication, delivery and erection activities. <br />M. Contractor shall notify Wilhelm two (2) days in advance of all deliveries. <br />N. Work hours for this Project are 7am- 6pm, Monday- Friday. Any off -hours work must be <br />scheduled with Wilhelm in advance. <br />O. Parking on -site is not available. All costs associated with parking are borne and paid for by <br />this Contractor. <br />P. Wilhelm will provide access to water, port -a -lets, electrical hookups for small tools, and <br />dumpsters for general waste disposal. Panel packaging and/or freight materials are not <br />considered general waste disposal and are the responsibility of the Contractor. <br />Q. Contractor is responsible for the daily disposal of trash, debris, waste generated by its work <br />activities. <br />R. Material deliveries which require traffic control equipment, devices, or labor are the <br />responsibility of Contractor. These deliveries must be coordinated in advance with Wilhelm. <br />S. Contractor shall include any road closure permit fees, flag persons and/or traffic maintenance <br />costs required to execute this Scope of Work. <br />T. Contractor shall furnish and install all panel -to -panel joint sealants. <br />U. Contractor shall include all non-exempt sales and use tax, material escalation, permits, fees <br />required to execute this Scope of Work. <br />V. Contractor shall provide all project management and superintendence as required to <br />efficiently execute this Scope of Work. <br />W. Contractor shall remain the controlling employer responsible for the safety programs and <br />precautions applicable to its own work and the activities of others' work in areas designated <br />to be controlled by Contractor. <br />X. Contractor shall provide, maintain and remove all crane mats, road plates, and any other <br />protection devices necessary to protect existing sidewalks, roadways, surfaces, etc. <br />Y. Contractor shall not utilize any roof areas of the Project for staging, stockpiling or hoisting of <br />materials. <br />Z. Contractor shall protect, repair and clean architectural precast panels in accordance with the <br />Architectural Precast Design and Performance Criteria. <br />AA. Contractor shall provide all warranties required by the Architectural Precast Design and <br />Performance Criteria and the Special Provisions. <br />BB. Time is of the essence of this Scope of Work.
