<br />2. All precast/prestressed concrete will be fabricated in compliance with manufacturing and testing procedures,
<br />control recommendations, and dimensional tolerances set forth by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Manual MNL-117,
<br />3. Slight color variations in all products must be expected.
<br />4. The above price does NOT include any openings 144 square inches or less being cast into the precast/prestressed
<br />products. Any openings of this size shall be field located and drilled by others.
<br />5. Mutual agreed to project schedule will supersede any written project schedules.
<br />6. Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. reserves the right to use standard sections, details, panel design and procedures to facilitate
<br />manufacturing, engineering, and production of precast products.
<br />7. Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. will, at additional cost, install items embedded in the precast products for other trades but will
<br />not furnish nor be responsible for the structural integrity or intended purpose of the items.

<br />B. WORK ITEMS TO BE PROVIDED OR PERFORMED BY OTHERS
<br />1. Stabilized level access for delivery equipment under their own power into the jobsite.The compacted surface and or slab must
<br />accommodate loaded tractor -trailers.
<br />2. Traffic control if required during delivery and/or erection attor near the jobsite.
<br />3. Customary care shall be taken when moving crane and material, but the contractor shall provide reasonable access in order to prevent
<br />damage to existing improvements, such as existing roads, curbs, landscaping, or environmentally sensitive areas, etc. Coreslab Structures
<br />(Indianapolis) Inc. shall not be responsible for any damages.
<br />C. DESIGN CRITERIA,
<br />Products will be designed to conform to state and local building codes.
<br />Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. specialty engineers are Registered Professional Engineers and NOT the Engineer of Record
<br />for the structure.
<br />Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. will NOT perform the lateral analysis of the structure.
<br />Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. is responsible for the design of individual pieces and connections shown on the Bid
<br />Documents based on Structural Design Parameters furnished by the Engineer of Record.
<br />D. PAYMENT TERMS
<br />THE ABOVE PRICE IS BASED UPON THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT TERMS:
<br />Unless otherwise specified herein, payment in installments of 90% for the value of engineering, startup, and precasting
<br />work shall be made by the Buyer to Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. on or before the 15th day of the month following
<br />the month in which invoiced.
<br />When casting begins, Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. shall invoice Buyer for the yard price of material cast specifically
<br />for this project and properly stored in Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc: s plant. After payment is received, Coreslab
<br />Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. then agrees to repair or replace any of this material damaged or lost in storage, transit or erection,
<br />without cost to the Buyer. Buyer may inspect this material prior to payment.
<br />Should retainage be required on this project, Buyer agrees to release one half the amount of the specified retainage upon installation
<br />of products in their final position and after welding and grouting is completed. A punch list shall be established not later than 30 days
<br />after completion of erection and the balance of the retainage is due within 30 days of completion of Coreslab's punchlist items.
<br />E. INSURANCE
<br />To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the General Contractor,
<br />Owner, Architect/Engineer , Architect's/Engineer's consultants, and agents and employees of any of them (hereinafter referred to as
<br />"Indemnities") from and against claims, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting
<br />from the performance of the Work, provided that such claim, damage, loss or expense is attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease or death,
<br />or to Injury to or destruction of tangible property (other than the Work itself), but pnly to the extent caused by the negligent acts or omissions of
<br />Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc., anyone Indirectly emptoyed by CoreslabpStructures (Indianapolis) Inc, may be liable, regardless of whether
<br />or not such claim, damage, or expense is caused in part by an Indemnities. In nf� event, however, shall Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc,
<br />be required to defend, indemnify or hold harmless any Indemnities for any negligent acts or omissions of an Indemnities.
