<br />Resolved by.the Board of Public Works of the City'of South Bend,
<br />County,of St. Joseph and.State of Inians. That the construction of a local
<br />sewer, intended and adapted only for local use by ant the property holders
<br />whose property abuts thereon, and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage
<br />from collateral drains,be and the same is hereb��rr ordered in and along Lawrence
<br />Street from Corby Street to Napoleon Street .as-i'ollows, to -wit: -
<br />Beginn.ing.at the manhole in the center of Howard Street at the
<br />center of Lawrence Street; thence south aloe the center of•T,awrenee Street to
<br />a point 110 feet, north of the north line of along
<br />Street with a 12 inch vitrified
<br />pipe sewer Also; Beginning at the manhole in Howard Street at the center of
<br />awrence Street; thence north along the center of Lawrence Street to the center
<br />of St. Vicent Street with a 15 inch vitrified pipe sewer; thence still north
<br />along the center of Lawrence Street to the center of Napoleon Street with -a
<br />12 inch vitrified pipe sewer, together with the necessary manholes, storm water
<br />inlets, conduits and house connections to the curb along the line of said
<br />improvement, all as is more particularly shown arcl and all in accordance with
