The Board ordered that the City Controller be notified to release the sum of money held up b order of the Board o��Main Street grade, curb and walk Improvement assessment roll to H. N,.Barnes contractor. Mr: E. H, Miller ,and Goo. Beitner appeared beforethe Board and requested that the geyjAds Fowtein on South Main Street be repaired and put in use This matter referred to the Water Department for repairs. Owen B• Windle appeared before the Board in regard to the Chicago Lake Shore and South Bend Railway COMP n haulingg ggr&vel and freight on La Salle A ems: Board referred this matter to the City A&tarseg.
