<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works --of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, did, on the 26th. day of April.1921 adopt a preliminary resolution for the
<br />improvement of Thompson St., from west line of Portage Ave., to 1411 East line of Brookfield,
<br />St. Wilber St, from west line of Portage Ave. to north line of Kel er St. Stocker Place`.
<br />from west line of Porta a Ave. to north line of Keller St., Adams St. from South line of
<br />Hamilton St. to North lfne of Keller St..College Street from south like of Hamilton
<br />St., to north line of Keller St. under improvement Resolution No. 876. in the Cityy of
<br />South Bend, Indiana by construction on pavements and sidewalks as shown ort the fans
<br />and in accordance w1th the pfefiles detail drawings°and specifications on file 3n the
<br />office of the Department of Public *erks
<br />AND WHEREAS, we the undersigned, are the only persons *win
<br />property an said street to be improved, and that we alone are affected in any say b�.ssid
<br />proposed improvement. That we are the sole owners of the separate°par eels of land
<br />berdering upon said street proposed to be improved,
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration that said Board of Public Works
<br />proceed to improve said Thompson St. from West line of Portage Avenue to 143 East of
<br />East Line of Brookfield St.. Wilbur St. from west line of Portage Ave.., to North line of
<br />Keller St. Stocker Place from west line of Portage Ave, to nerth•line of Keller•Street.
<br />Adams St, from south line of Hamilton St., to North line of Keller St. College St.- from
<br />South Line of Hamilton St., to North line a Keller St. as proposed in sai raseluti•n
<br />and for the further purpose of saving time and expense, we the undersignedi`,do hereby

<br />At a regular meeting of the Beard of directers, of the H. A.
<br />Wood Realty Co.V'a COrperation of South Bend, Ind., and a ma ority of the directors being
<br />present held on.the first day of April 19219 at the residers a pf Harry A. Wood,
<br />Los. Angles, Cal., the following resolution was presented at said meeting.
