<br />ally' assessed therefor,. in. accordance with an Act of the. General Assembly, of the State of Indiana, entitled
<br />"AW'Act, Concditing MunicWai Corporations," approved March @, 1905, and is accordance with and pursuant
<br />to the provision# of all sets amendatory and supplemental_ thereto.
