<br />STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.: 855,
<br />Be; It Resolved by the Beard of Public Works. of the City of South Bend,
<br />St. Je•seph County, State of Indiana, that it>is desired 'and deemed necessary to improve
<br />Notre Dame Avenue from Jefferson Boulevard to the St. Joseph River, as follows, to -wit:
<br />Said Avenue shall be raded and the roadwaiy thereof shall be paved; and also
<br />the roadway of certain portions 9f the streets and alleys which enter or intersect
