Fites Mr, Joseph Eckman appeared iefore the Board __v took up the matter of Michigan Street Trunk sewer, in regard to prices being reduced and no extension -of time granted:to Contractors„ No action taken, Property owners on Emerick Street from Cresent Avende to Niles Ave,. ( Gee. Hoffman and Staples & Hildebrand). appeared and took up the matter of sewer and pavement'on Emerick Street. The Board°ordered'a resolution started immediately for sewer,, pavement resolution to be held up until forth r orders from the Board, Petition.filed.for lights on Webster Street from Indiana Avenue to Oliver' s Tracks. Same referred.to Beani.ng. Mr. Jennings of the Indiana & Michigan Electric Company before the Board at reQQuest of the Board and the matter of turn ng_on lights -at night when reported. Mro Jennings promised to turn on all lights reported to his company, Mr. IM-Staples of Staples and Ackerman Contractors on the Michigan Street Trunk sewer appearedbefore the Board and.asked for extension of time on South Michigan Street Trunk sewer,, No action taken by the Board..' The Board` authorized D. C. Layton, Street Commissioner and F. J. Anderson CityEn ineer to attend the Purdue University 7th. Annual Road School held January 18,19 anf 20th. 1921. Permission grantdd Indiana Bell Tel. Co, to drive iron pipe under pavement in.alley north of West Wayne Street bet:q"u h Michigan Street and South Main Street place 2 inch iron pipe from manhole .to Y-, M. C 4. B�dg. also from manhole at intersection of alleys to the Jerry Hoare Storage Warehouse. Permission to dig into pavements"at alley west of South Michigan Street between W.
