EILIOTT <br />President. <br />Financial report of the Cemetery Sexton read and placed on file. <br />Contractors bond for the sum of $1, 000. 00 signed by Sze zepa.n <br />Trzaskowski was approved by the Board. <br />Attorney Samuel Parker Attorney for the Pittsburg, C6neinnati Chicago <br />Rc St. Louis Railroad Company appeared before the Board and presented petition and <br />blue print and requesting permissi n to make alterations and to construct said new tracks <br />across Lafayette Blvd. and Franklin Street to the Studebaker Corporation. All action <br />on said petition deferred for one week until Tuesday 14th. ,1920 at 10: 00 A.M. <br />The Board ordered Beaning Pole and Wire Inspector to locate where <br />new light is to be placed near Tri bune Building at corner of Lafayette Blvd. <br />Board instructed Street Commissioner to place detour signed on OLiva <br />Street so parties coming in on Division Street road can teach the City safely. <br />Engineer filed modified assessment roll on Wakewa Avenue Pipe sewer <br />from Iroquois Street to Lafayette B vd. and the Board ordered hearing set for September <br />Sth.,192o at 7:15 P.M. and Clerk instructed to mail notices of new assessments. <br />
