All bids received for sewer on Indiana Avenue rejected, and all bids for sewer connections rejected. Excavation bond for the sum of One Thousand Dollars signed by the Indiana Bell Telephone Company as principal .�..nd American Surety Company of New York as sureties was approved by the Board. Concerning the improvement of the roadway of Uarst ,Street from Michigan Street to South Bend City Addition with asphalt, asphaltic concrete, concrete t.itulithia, or brick in pursuance to Resolution No. 816 this being the day set. for the making of the preliminary award d-ts ignat ing the kind. of pavement, the Board at 10:00 A. M. Friday A ig ist 27th. ,1920 publ. idly opened read and considered, all bids, and then c ont inued their meeting to Tuesday August 318t. ,1920 at 10: 00 A.M. Now on last named date the Board designated Sheet Asphalt as the kind of pavement with which said street is to be improved and fixes the llth. day of September 1920 at 10:00 A.M. as the time when petitions for changing t f-e kind of pavement must be filed, and the Board hereby continues this matter until the 14th. day of September 1920 at 10:00 A.N. on the day above named the Board will either pass on petitions let said contract or reject all bids, Attested.: Veronica C.
