Wednesday September lst.,1920. <br />This being the, date set for the final award on,_ the t7pe of, <br />.pavement and awarding of contract for Pavement on Walnut Street from <br />Sample Street to North line of Indiana Avenue. Petition filed on Friday August <br />27t,h,. , In'?O by Joseph D. Oliver, President of the Oliver Chilled Plow Works ° <br />was read and no action taken on same. The Board then deferred this awarding <br />of contract to Wednesday September 1st., 1920 at 7:15 P.M. ° <br />The Board approved of the Building Commissioner issuing a <br />permit.to Harry Brazy and N. E. Disher-House mover, to move a frame house from <br />Main Street to 821 E. Indiana Avenue.over Asphalt pavement on Indiana Avenue. <br />Route to be planked on .asphalt pavement. <br />The Board allowed Louis E. Zeiger to construct city inter- <br />sections at S. E. Corner of Oliver Street and Prairie Avenue , walk par be. <br />$.18 per sq. ft. and curb $.45 per sq. ft. <br />Mr. F. L. Dennis appeared before the Board andrequested <br />,that lights be placed in Studebaker Place and submitted blue print of same, <br />'The Board ordered 41- 60 Watt Boulevard lamps on iron posts in Studebaker <br />..Place. Same to be turned on after December lst.,1920. <br />Clerk instructed to send letter to the Common Council <br />request ng that a light be ordered at the Three I. right of way and Vassar' <br />Avenue. <br />Are light ordered placed on iron pole at corner of California <br />Avenue and Lawndale Avenue. <br />Vontract for sewer connections on Donald Street awarded to <br />Joseph Luther. <br />Bids were rejected can pavement on Indiana Avenue and res olut in <br />is hereby rest in.ded by the Board. <br />
