Concerning the improvement of the roadway of Miner Street from <br />Notre Dame Avenue to°St. Peter Street with asphalt, asphaltic concrete, bitulithic, <br />concrete, or brick, in pursuance to res olut io n No. 810 the Board finds that no petition <br />has been filed with said Board by a majority in number of the freeholders residing on said <br />street to be improved requesting that it be improved with a different kind of pavement <br />than the kind heretofore adopted by the Board in, its preliminary o eder; and , the ,City Engineer <br />reports that the Williston Construction Company is the lowest and best bidder for the <br />kind of pavement heretofore adopted by -the Board, an the Board find that said Williston <br />Con truction Company is. the lowest and best bidder and hereby lets the contract for <br />said -improvement to him, and orders that said -improvement be made with Trinidad Lake Ash <br />Asphaltic concrete pavement and all proceedings heretofore made in this matrer are hereby <br />c onf irmed and rat if ied. <br />i" A ELLIOTT <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />Attested:- <br />Veronica C.
