P. Light at Church'Plaae changed to Arc light,, <br />Mr, L.E. 'Couter of Oliver Chilled Plow. Works and E. A. Coates of <br />the` Williston Construction Company appeared before the Board, Mr. Couter requested <br />the Board to have the Williston Construction Company start on. Walnut Street Pavement <br />improvement, and Mr. Coates.advised the Board that Mr. Fredericks#& of the Oliver <br />Chilled Plow Works stated he would sell the cement to the Williston Construction <br />Company for the Walnut Street Improvement and then decided he would not sell said <br />eemeat'for Walnut Street. Mr. Coates explained to the Board how he would have to <br />a±oer order cement for Walnut Street and stated to the Board that his Company intended <br />is put in pavement contract in order let to -them and unless the Board ordered other- <br />wise., Mr. L.' E. Couter stated he would find out about the cement. <br />Partial estimate allowed for asphaltic concrete pavement on Beale <br />Street from Portage Avenue to Kessler Blvd to the * Williston Construction Company <br />at., ...,.,................ 22013.86 <br />Matter of contract for grade, curb and walk on Wayne -Street from <br />St. Louis Blvd . to -1st. alley West deferred until Wednesday September 29th. ,1920 <br />at 7:15 P.M. <br />Ind isna Bell Tel.
