<br />at its office in the City Hall on the 6th. day of Octob-ar 1920 at, 7s 15 P.M.

<br />accepted and approved and the above contract be accepted and the final estimate thereon
<br />allowed.

<br />Construction Company as Principal and=Maryland Casualty Company of Baltimore, Md. as'
<br />surety for ,guarantee for a period of five years for pavement on Dayton Street from
<br />Michigan Street to -Miami Street, in the City of ' South Bend, Indiana, was. approved by the
<br />.Board .
