Building Relationships <br />www.hoRadayconstructiongroup.net <br />DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY <br />Holladay has a strong commitment to its customers .and to its employees by a safe working <br />environment and promoting high standards of employee health. Drug and alcohol abuse affects <br />productivity, safety, and undermines our ability to conduct business. All employees are <br />required to know and comply with this expectation; and failure to do so will result in discipline <br />up to and including termination. <br />The Company prohibits: <br />1. Use, possession, distribution and sale of alcohol and/or illegal drugs while on the job, <br />on any of its premises, or in performance of business. This applies to on -duty employees <br />and to off -duty employees on its properties or performing any company business. This <br />also applies to employees during their breaks and lunch hours. <br />2. Any employee found working with alcohol and/or drugs in his or her system. <br />3. The abuse of legal drugs, as well as illegal drugs. <br />4. Alcoholic beverages being brought onto or consumed upon Holladay' s properties or its <br />premises. Drinking or being under the influence of alcohol is cause for termination. <br />5. An authorized representative of our company may, upon reasonable suspicion of <br />substance abuse or any other unauthorized conduct, search employee lockers, tool <br />boxes, duffel bags, backpacks, purses, and personal vehicles parked on Holladay' s <br />property at any time. <br />Drug & Alcohol Testing: <br />1. Testing after Personal Injury or Property Damage: <br />In the event of a work -related accident resulting in personal injury or property damage, <br />each employee involved in the incident may be required to submit to testing for <br />controlled substance screen test. <br />9 South Bend, IN - Indianapolis, IN m, Portage, IN - Nashville, TN <br />
