We have an established bonding line for individual jobs in the $10,000,000 <br />range with backlogs in the $40,000,000 range. Projects outside of these parameters <br />have been and will continue to be considered on a case -by -case basis. <br />Western Surety Company, one of the CNA Surety Group companies, has a combined <br />rating of A/XV according to A.M. Best, is listed in the U.S. Treasury Circular as an <br />approved surety and is licensed to transact surety business in all of the United States. <br />At this time, we are favorably disposed to consider requests from Ancon Construction <br />Company, Inc for us to issue performance and payment bonds to cover their work <br />should any contract(s) be awarded to them.
