1 7S 'The C i 6jt Engineer submitted the list of property owner# in the matter of an appropr iat ins, of certain property under Condemnation Resolution. No. 52 as shown on Page 493 of this record No. 7for the Opening of Huron Street from Alley west of Harris Street to alley east of Kosc iussko Street, in the City of South Bond, Indiana, which list Includes VIM names of the sensors and holders of property and of interests sought to . be taken or beneficially or Injuriously affected, and the description of the several places of property which is affected by said appropr iat ion proceedings. Thereupon the Board proceeded to sward the damages sustained and to assess the benefits accruing to each plea* *f property upon said list. The Board hereby further sets off the benefits and damages each against the other where both. benef ifs and damages are assessed., against the same piece of property, tract of land or interests , and hereby fixes the said respective net laonefits as the amunt that shall be paid by the respective owners as benefits, and further hereby fixes the respective net damages as to the several tracts as the amount that shall be paid to the owners of the respective tract as damages.
