<br />The condition of the obligation are such that if the above bound
<br />The White Construction Company shall faithfully comply with the foregoing contracts
<br />made and entered into the 9th., day of June 1919 with ,the City of South Bend, Indiana.

<br />the true intent and meaning thereofs in all respects then this obligation to be void
