STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 686,
<br />Be It Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the C ity of South Bend,,
<br />St. Joseph County,, State of Indiana,, thst It is desired, aad deemed zeceBsary to
<br />Improve Hord Street from Olive Street to a Point 345 feet east of the east line of
<br />Kose iuszko Street as follen.to-wit:-
<br />Said street shall be graded sn'd the. roadway
<br />thereof shall be paved; and also the roadway of certain portions of the streets and
<br />alleys which enter .,or intersect said street shall be graded and pa:ved. The paving
<br />material,to be used' in making said'improvement shall be Sheet Asphalt, bitulithic,
<br />asphaltic concrete or brick, and the foundation shall be Portland cement concrete ter
<br />the sheet asThalts bitulithie, asphaltic concrete and brick or rolled gr&731 six
<br />(6) Inches thick for the rick; IL189 Cement L curb shall. be constructed. along said
<br />street where same is not already constructed; storm water, inlets and conduits shall be
<br />constructed where necessary; all manhole tops and storm waterialets shall beset
<br />to the proper grade; cement marginal curb shall be constructed at all, street and alley
<br />intersections where necessary* all as Is ire particularly shown and all In accordance
<br />with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications on Pile in the office of the
<br />Department of Public Works of the City of South.,Bends Indiana.

<br />special assessment to be levied upon the property specially benefitted, to the amount that the same may be 16g-
