<br />BF IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF TH CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
<br />ST. JOSEPH COUNTY. STATE OP INDIANA# That it is desired and deemed necessary
<br />to improve Hurons Street from Meade ,Street to the f irat alley east of Kaac iuszko
<br />Street , as follows, toowit:
<br />Said street s1gall be ,graded and the roadway thereof
<br />shall be paved knd also the roadway of certain..portions of the. streets and alleys
<br />which enter or intersect said street shall be graded and paved. The paving
<br />material to be used in making said improvement shall be Sheet Asphalt, Aahaltic
<br />Concrete bitulftliic, or brick, and the foundation shall `be "portland cement concrete
<br />for the sheet asphalt. bitullthic, asphaltic concrete and brick or rolled gravel
<br />six (6) inches thick f©rthe�=Brick; a140-e:ement curb shall bb constructed along said
<br />,street where same is a -y- constructed _storm water inlets and conduits eha lI
