<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bond,
<br />County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, That the construction of a local sewer,
<br />Intended and adapted tsxxoo . p x31y for local used by the property holders whose property
<br />abuts thereron, -end„ not intended or adapted `-for rece iv ing sewerage fromeollateral
<br />drains,,be and the same is, hereby ordered in and along Stocker Place, Thompson
<br />Street and Adams Street in Marquette Perk as follows, to -Wit:
<br />Beginning at the inter-
<br />sections of the center line of Stocker Place ad the westerly line of Portage Avenues
<br />thence southwesterly.and south along the center line of Stacker Place to the center
<br />line of Keller Street with -s 10' inch vitrified pipe sewer, Also; Beginning at the
<br />Intersection of the center line of Thompson Street and Wilber Street; thence east
<br />along the center 11ne of Thompson Street to a point 262 feet east -of the east line of
<br />Wilber Street with a 10 inch vitrified pipe sewer. Also; Beginning at the Intern -
<br />section of the center line of Adams Street and Thompson Street; thence south along
<br />the center line of Adams Street to the center line of Keller Street with a 10 inc h
