Hearing had on IMp-rovemmment Resolution No. 663 for grate, curb and walk on St. Vincent Street from Hiles Avenue to E. Line of Harter Heights, in the E 1ty Of South Beat, Indiana. And the Beard ,being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil -Engineer , and thereupon rakes final. act ion sit said resolution as originally adopted, and the sane Is hereby in all things, rat if ied, confirmed and approved.
